Beautiful nail art at Tulip! I come on weekdays, early morning, before trips or holidays when they aren’t super busy…and they love creating custom looks for every occasion. I sometimes text the owner, Lisa, looks from Insta a few weeks ahead of an event to match an outfit and she has come up with a look that matches or exceeds it every time. Also - best pedicure massages hands-down.
